Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

📦 You can return products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Eligible for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Missing parts or accessories

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products used, opened, or with broken seals (paints, chemicals, liquids)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on product page

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to Your Orders and select the order
  2. Click "Return Items" and provide reason
  3. Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours
  4. A pickup will be scheduled at your address

Refund Process

  • Online payments: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7-10 business days

Exchanges

If you'd like a replacement instead of a refund, please contact us at support@ashupads.in within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before it's shipped from your Orders page. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
